Gail Duncan attended and graduated from the schools in Deer Lodge, Montana where she has also raised her family. She has seen her community go through many changes throughout the years. She is proud to assist buyers, sellers and investors to start a new chapter in their story. She obtained her license in 2018, and having the honor to join Uncommon Ground Realty in 2019, following their example of putting people as our first priority. As real estate is now so technology-driven, she keeps up to date with courses provided with exposure to cutting edge technology to help prepare her clients for the buying and selling process. Gail has worn many hats in the different chapters of her life; from cowgirl to healthcare, working in the school system, to the service industry and raising Angus cattle. All with the goal to help people in whatever way she can. Her work ethic didn�t start in real estate but followed her here after previously owning several businesses. Gail was a 4-H leader for many years, is a president of Mt. Powell Roping Club, member of the Deer Park Golf Course and bowls on a league. She loves to spend time with family and friends, She is proud to be a part of the Uncommon Ground team.
