Our newly remodeled office provides a modern and fully equipped workspace for our agents. You’ll have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a top-of-the-line printer, three small conference rooms, and one large conference room for client meetings. The office also features a kitchen, a full-time front desk receptionist, and a dedicated marketing director. For added convenience, we offer a large parking lot and an on-site gym.
Mentoring & Education
Beyond our marketing materials, new agents can benefit from our mentoring program and educational classes. We are committed to your success and offer extensive support to help you build a successful career. Our large conference room, equipped with a big screen TV, hosts educational sessions and staff meetings twice a month, covering forms and other essential updates to keep our agents informed.

When you join Uncommon Ground, you will receive an onboarding bundle to prepare you for success. We don’t give our agents the bare-bones package; our marketing materials will make you stand out and prepare you to operate at the Uncommon Ground Level.
