I was looking for a home to call my own. I looked at the first home and liked the home ,
which I put in an offer . Kathy advised me to have an inspector inspect the home. It was
so worth the money because after the report came back this home had so much wrong
that it would have cost me a lot of money to fix. After that we looked at a few more
homes. Then we found the home I really really wanted and about one month later I was
in my new home. Kathy is the kindest and caring real estate professional I have ever
